Compare "chest, around" to your own chest and allow for the fit you want.

How to measure

  • Chest. Tape under the arms and around the fullest part, level and not pulled tight. Keep a t-shirt on.
  • Length. From the top of your shoulder, beside the neck, straight down to where you want the hem to sit.
  • Between sizes? Choose the smaller size for a closer fit. Size up for a roomier fit or to layer underneath.

Wash cold. Do not tumble dry—it will shrink. Hang to dry. If you think it might accidentally go in the dryer, size up.
